Need QA Tester with Selenium Experience

San Jose CA

6-12 Months

1.       QA Engineer- test automation, selenium experience

 Responsibilities:

• Create and prioritize test cases based on formal and informal requirements
• Develop a variety automation tests against a diverse set of systems
• Conduct iterative testing passes, based on previous testing failures/successes
• Determine and isolate bugs based on errors seen in testing
• Work with a variety of other teams and projects
• Dive into systems level verifications, with an emphasis on accessing Linux systems

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of web technologies
• Understanding and knowledge of Python / Go
• Prior experience working with Selenium WebDriver best practices
• Strong understanding of QA concepts, terminology, and testing lifecycles
• Linux system experience (network configuration, system settings, common commands/utilities)
• Prior experience using Test Case Management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of methodology and tools used in performance/load testing
• Experience using a Continuous Integration system (Jenkins, drone.io, CircleCI, Bamboo)
