ROLE 1:
Programmer 
Hanover, 
6 months,  
Bachelor's Degree, 5 years in IT 


Required:
. Must have five (5) years in developing, programming and maintaining customized WebFOCUS applications on Windows 2008 Servers and communicate with DB2 and/or SQL Server 2008 and 2012 databases. 

. Technical programming expertise in WebFOCUS v7 and WebFOCUS v8. 

Manage and program agency dashboards. Provides training and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Ability to coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of WebFCOUS dashboards and database management. 

Demonstrates excellent writing and oral communications skills.

ROLE 2:
Hyperion Consultant

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 6+ months (definitely could extend)

Years Experience: 10-15+ years

Do not worry about the rate – can be above the $100/hr mark!

Interview: Skype

 

Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop Hyperion Planning application
• Develop the complex calculations and fine tune it. (Calc Manager, Member formula, Calculation Script)
• Work closely with the Hyperion team and understand the requirements.
• Develop SQL load rules, FR, SmartView templates
• Assist with the Design & technical documentation.
• SQL development a plus


Skill Level
• Minimum 3 complete life cycles implementations
• Minimum 7 years' experience designing and/or developing Hyperion Planning
• Strong optimization and fine tuning
• Strong Maxl and PowerShell scripting knowledge
• Expert in Financial Report development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel without restrictions
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Oracle Hyperion certification a plus

ROLE 3:

This is just a Sr. PeopleSoft Techno-functional with expertise in the HRMS modules – the benefits module in particular

 

THIS IS MORE FUNCTIONAL THAN IT IS TECHNICAL – DON'T NEED A DEVELOPER

                                                      

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Rate: DOE – submit market value – don't have the "best value rate" yet…..

Interview phone/skype BUT highly prefer locals --- locals always get first consideration


NOTE:  Must have HRMS Benefits experience, PeopleSoft 9.2 and some techno-savvy exp (SQL queries, etc.)

Duration: 5+ months plus extensions

Years' Experience: 9+ years – must be able to lead and explain. Hands on position.....

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Six (6) years of experience using a human capital management (HCM) solution such as PeopleSoft
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting four (4) or more HR related business process such as position management, performance management, talent acquisition, organizational development, organizational training, benefits, compensation or payroll.
  • Demonstrated strong PC skills including proficiency with the primary Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated proficient research skills and the ability to document complex HR related processes and operational workflows.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of change management.
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
  • Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience providing functional support to various department systems.
  • Proficient experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or human capital management (HCM) applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of HRMS theories, procedures and principles.
  • Experience in the retail grocery business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex and detailed technical information to a diverse population.
  • Excellent analytical, requirement gathering, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Superior teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Intense focus on detail and accuracy of work.
