3+ years' experience in CAD file management of "SolidWorks", "AutoCAD" or "PDM Works"
• CAD Applications such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD or SAP

Incumbents in this position may specialize in a specific task in the Documentation Department responsible for document control systems and/or data management to ensure compliance with various procedures and policies.
3. Responsible for efficiency and quality improvements in the Document Control department by providing leadership in identifying specific strengths and weaknesses of existing processes and systems such as; SAP, PDM Works, Cideon, Doors, Vasont, Req Pro, and processes interfacing with such systems via the Intranet or other Medtronic systems.
5. Responsible for Test Scripts developed in the department for soundness of technical judgment and overall adequacy when performing upgrades, enhancements, and/or configuration changes for modules and functionality used by the department with the SAP system and other systems following established procedures.
6. Works as a liaison with IT group regarding hardware, program changes, software, configuration changes, and/or documentation requirements necessary to complete a task.
7. Responsible for the transfer of electronic files in/out of the secure network drive, ensuring at all times data integrity, compliance to regulations and company policies.
8. Considered expert in the SAP Document Management Module and other related Modules.
9. Responsible for the process of all new documentation and material number assignment requests to ensure
