Job Title: Integration Analyst

Job Description:

The BA works with client end users, business SMEs, functional analysts, testers, and other stakeholders to develop and document system requirements, conduct reviews of requirements documentation, act as the primary point of liaison between business and technical teams. He/she must have the ability to interact with technical teams such as developers, architects, etc and clearly articulate functional specifications. Must have prior experience facilitating team discussions to drive system functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Must have strong system analysis skills and the ability to evaluate direct and indirect impacts of system specifications. Very good client facing skills including confidence, listening skills, withstanding pressure, moderating discussions with multiple viewpoints, etc. Must have excellent documentation skills to produce clear and consistent functional specifications. Must have some experience in developing test cases and be familiar with the testing process steps such as test planning, test execution, defect reporting, and collaborating with technical teams for defect resolution

 

•         Integration Project experience (Tipco, Oracle ESB, Mulesoft etc)

•         Writing Functional Specification Documents

•         Data Mapping (source to target)

•         Transformation Rules

•         Business Rules

•         Senior Consultant

•         Testing experience

•         Nice to have – cloud experience
