The role is a Sr. SD Consultant for a Chemical client in Pittsburgh, PA the needs help with a back log of tickets and small enhancement changes for post go-live production support.
Areas that the SD resource will need to support are: shipments, routes, route determination, tolling/exchanges, output for customer facing documents (making changes to wording, etc.), testing (creating their own test data to test against), and creating STO/invoicing (exchange, foreign trade orders, etc.).
An example of a problem they may face would be the fact that the client has not taken into consideration getting return processes in place and would need to help work with the business.
Additional detail that may be helpful is that their Intra/Inter Company Billing are completely customized and that Pricing is standard but they have many key customization - scale processing for one example.
