Assignment Details:
Business Analyst Mobile Application user support and training coordinator role:
The resource contractor will be required to collect the business requirements for different business applications to support data capture and reporting process.
The contractor will be responsible for meeting the business process owners, understanding their business processes, coordinating with application development group and developing the detailed application requirement documents.
Contractor will be responsible for coordinating between application programmer and business group during entire software development life cycle. The resource contractor will be required to present the applications to business owners obtain their feedback and ensure that business expectations are met.
Contractor will be also responsible for coordinating application testing and obtaining sign-off from business owners.
Contractor will be also responsible for developing a training guide for each application module and training the business users.
The contractor will be responsible for administering and configuring the Mobile applications on Mobile Platform environment under the technical guidance of Mobile Application Programmers IR support group.
Contractor will be responsible for coordinating with business user, and help them with updating the Mobile Applications, Administer the user access, help users install, configure the Mobil Applications. etc.
Must be able to help and train the application users to be self-reliant with day today Mobile application use and update.
.Net Application Developer Role:
The resource contractor will be required to develop Web Services using Programming/ coding knowledge of Microsoft .Net Technology (C#) with reference to Microsoft SharePoint 2007, 2010 and 2013 Object Model, API programming.
The candidate will be required to develop custom SharePoint applications utilizing strong knowledge of Custom HTML and CSS, HTML and CSS structure, external, internal and inline styles, implementing HTML5 and CSS3 standards in SharePoint.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, building and deploying a customized SharePoint 2010 Web Services.
The candidate will be also required to build business application on Microsoft SharePoint 2010/ 2013 platform including custom web form utilizing .Net technology, JQuery, Jscript etc.
The resource will also help with enhancing the SharePoint search capabilities, content organization and built better navigation.
The resource will be required to develop interface between SharePoint and Mobile Application using multi-layer architecture.
Help in developing dashboard Business Intelligence application for aggregating and presenting business related data from various data sources such as SQL server, Oracle, Excel and SharePoint list utilizing technologies such as SQL Scripting, SQL reporting (SSRS), PerformancePoint, Excel Services and data integration services.
Require to create strong documentations including Application architecture and user guides etc.
Skills & Requirements:
Business Analyst Role:
· The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally, and in writing.
· Strong skill to collect business requirements for software applications/ systems/ SharePoint custom applications and develop detailed requirement documents.
· Strong ability to understand the business process and develop the technical requirements/ specifications for the use of application architecture and programmer to develop technical solutions.
· Strong ability to collect the business requirements for business reports translate them into a formal requirement document, coordinate with application developer's programmers and get those reports developed.
· Must have strong skill/ experience coordinating and facilitating application demo sessions, obtain the feedback and get the necessary enhancements implemented.
· The candidate must have the ability to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed. Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation. Provide relevant test scenarios for the testing team. Work with test team to develop system integration test scripts and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations.
· Successful candidates will have a quality assurance background, and is expected to help plan, and facilitate user acceptance test sessions as part of a systems redesign project. Must have the ability to learn overall system processes and identify process-related issues.
· The candidate must have experience with identifying training requirements and performance support. Must be able to schedule and conduct training sessions. The candidate must have experience with online and instructor led training course development.
.Net/ SharePoint Programmer Role
· Expert level Programming/ coding knowledge of Microsoft .Net Technology (C#) with reference to Microsoft SharePoint 2007, 2010 and 2013 Object Model, API programming.
· Strong experience in Programming the SharePoint based .Net Web Services leveraging existing ASP.NET experience.
· Strong experience with Mobile Application Architecture and data interface.
· Expert level experience in Creating custom SharePoint Web Parts and Controls, building Web Parts, assembling Web Part pages, applying Render and Create Child Controls correctly personalizing with properties, inserting and configuring intrinsic Web Parts, creating and using ASCX files, extending existing controls, connecting Web Parts and incorporating SharePoint specific controls.
· Strong experience in Programming the SharePoint UI or developing SharePoint applications and content pages leveraging existing ASP.NET experience for customizing options, server and client.
· Expert level knowledge of SQL reporting and dashboard creation; knowledge of PerformancePoint, Excel Services.
· Expert level knowledge of SQL database, Oracle database including writing and developing queries, views and stored procedures.
The following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2007, 2010 and 2013 Administration.
· Working Knowledge of various UI design software for developing the prototypes such as Balsamic, coral draw suite, Dreamweaver etc.
· Working knowledge of various image design software such as Adobe Coral Work, Photoshop, Firework etc.
· Working knowledge of developing custom navigation, creating navigation with CAML, controlling navigation through code, adding custom actions etc.
· Working knowledge of Creating Custom Pages and Business Connectivity Services.
· Working knowledge of Organizing SharePoint Data (Incorporating lists and document libraries, developing and manipulating lists and libraries with code, manipulating data fields programmatically, accessing server-side data, generating and using content types and accessing client-side data etc.
