HRIS Analyst – Workday/SAP Integration, 7 Months Initial, Little Canada, MN
Location: Little Canada, MN
Duration: 6 Months w/ Extension
Interview: Phone/Skype
o 2 roles: Focus on the Workday & SAP-HCM integration
§ Sync Report: daily report that will identify discrepancies in the common data elements between Workday and SAP-HCM; will need someone who can disposition these, resolve these, track/archive daily reports (need them for audit purposes), liaise with other team members globally to disposition/resolve, etc.
§ Audit/Error log: We have many SAP data fields that still need to be populated in order to not disrupt SJM payroll, timekeeping, benefit and downstream systems. There will be a daily audit report that will help flag when we need to ensure that data is gathered/updated/maintained (e.g., a new hire, job change, termination, etc. that gets entered in Workday and flows through to SAP)
§ Process: Provide support in defining, documenting, implementing new/different processes that will need to be in place given the Workday & SAP integration
