Summary
The Salesforce.com Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the administration and ongoing support of Salesforce/Pardot and other technologies related to Salesforce for the marketing team. This role will work extensively with the Director of Marketing Operations in addition to our central Salesforce administration team.
Responsibilities
· Daily administration and support the Salesforce/Pardot database, which includes user onboarding/offboarding, troubleshooting issues, maintaining Role Hierarchy, etc.
· Scope (with leadership) and implement lead scoring on a rollout basis.
· Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for users, keep materials up-to-date, coordinate and deliver new user and ongoing training sessions.
· Design, build, test and deploy feature requests and small projects, which may include automation, nurture tracks, email, campaign, page layout changes, field creation/management, etc. working directly with our existing Salesforce administration team.
· Develop and Maintain Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
· Implement fields for tracking that go above and beyond basic OOTB Pardot functionality.
· Leading the evaluation of business and technical requirements; reviewing key artifacts; directing early solution consideration around gaps/risks; evaluation of options and subsequent presentation and education of the customer/partner; significant involvement and guidance in abetting making the right choice; identification and pro-active management of risk areas; commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution.
· Implement forecasting dashboard at the rep, BD, and NSM level for month/quarter/year.
Qualification
· A completed Bachelor's Degree with technical and/or business focus.
· 2+ Years CRM management experience; with a minimum of 1 years with the Salesforce.com platform.
· Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
· Experience using Salesforce data tools preferred: (Data Loader, Demand Tools).
· Experience with Pardot is preferred.
· Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema is required.
· Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields, automation, etc.
· Strong marketing focus, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
· Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with the ability to understand issue, identify cause and proactively solve problems.
