Job Title: Change Management Manager
Location: St. Paul, MN
Duration: 12+ Month
Job Description:
Minimum Qualifications
10 years' experience deploying Change Management strategies and collateral to organizations in excess of 5,000 employees
7 years' experience serving as a Change Management lead in large-scale technology modernization efforts or ERP (large-scale is considered >$5 million or >35 Staff)
7 years' experience developing Change Management strategies and collateral for enterprise software upgrades
5 years' experience supporting business change efforts to matrixed and cross-functional organizations and teams
Desired Skills
Certified PROSCI or CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional)
Experience deploying major technology and/or business change to the Public Sector (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, Municipality) or Higher Education system in the last 5 years
Experience with PeopleSoft Financial Management Solutions (FMS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications; or, other Financial Management / Procurement ERP System
Experience creating presentations, messaging, and communication material for both targeted and global communications
Experience creating, deploying, and/or planning training programs for large scale technology deployments
Ability to work on-site at least four days per week
