Position: Sr. QA Analysts Insurance

Location: Atlanta GA

Duration: Long term Contract

Group Protuction

 

Specific types of experience or skills required:

• 6+ years of broad QA/Testing experience in Insurance

• Ability to show analytical qualities through information gathering and preparation in the form of business requirements, test plans, cases and scenarios, presentations, diagrams etc..

• 2 years working in an Agile environment

• The ability to promote, drive and maintain new quality standards and processes as they are introduced

• Written and verbal communication to communicate effectively with developers, business analysts, project managers, and functional managers.

• Experience in Agile QA and SDLC lifecycles, best practices, and tools

• Advanced ability to think through negative and alternate test scenarios

• Intermediate to Advanced SQL Skills

• Understanding of web-services and ability to test them using tools such as SOAP UI

• Technical skills to understand development environments, solution architecture, servers, version control, data modeling, scripting, and test automation tools

• Ability to think quickly and provide analysis, questions and facts to the team

• Ability to partner effectively with business teams.
