5- 7 years of manual testing experience on Mainframes and Web Based applications
Works as an individual contributor responsible for quality delivery of assigned testing tasks.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, client- focused, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to understand business process and work flows. Strong understanding and hands on experience with QA processes and methodologies Good knowledge on SDLC process.
Strong knowledge on SQL. Ability to identify testable statements contained in requirements specification documents and devise/ run appropriate tests.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently at all levels of management
- Expertise in development and modification of COBOL applications
- Use of DB2 database and file structures VSAM and GDG
- Expertise in Structured Query Language.
- Expertise in JCL and batch utilities.
- Health insurance domain knowledge preferred
