What is the specific title of the position?

- IT Production support Consultant – Tech Lead

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Developer and/or IT production support lead; Healthcare background is an advantage but not a mandate.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?

• Responsible for deploying client solutions as well as helping clients achieve superior solutions to match their business needs.

• Developing overall project plans, schedules and performance measures.

• Managing variety of project management information, including work breakdown structures, project schedule, resources, dependencies, milestones, risks, requirements and configuration management.

• Leading Enterprise software solution projects by giving expert level support to the business line as well as technical requirements definition, test plans & functional/user acceptance testing.

• Managing, mentoring, and training team members.

• Documentation (LOE, BRD, QA) and reporting skills.

• Understanding of SDLC and Business Analysis practices.

• Stake holder management, managing client projects from start to finish.

• Managing a team of developers for delivery on client expectation.

• Managing/maintaining solutions built on the salesforce.com platform

• Manage testing on salesforce.com releases

• Communicate effectively with developers, business, and QA teams

• Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of developed projects

• Provide technical support and consultation for application and infrastructure questions

• Salesforce Development/enhancements and problem solve

• Assist in managing and coordinating all production support/development related activities.

• Provide leadership in critical production issue resolution both (Priority 1 and Priority 2)

• Responsibility, at a high level, includes application availability, reliability and stability on a 7 x 24 x 365 basis

• Be willing to work on a 24x7 on call basis as needed.

• Function as a team lead

• Ensure timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding SLAs

• Ensure that the work delivered by the team is of high quality

• Work with business to prioritize production issues for resolution

• Ensure that all documentation has been updated and that work product meets compliance requirements.

• Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan.

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

1. Healthcare knowledge

2. Experience with relational databases. MS SQL preferred.

3. Experience with Salesforce reporting and data analysis.

4. DevOps concepts + Salesforce devops tools

What are the work hours?

9-5 with extended support for emergencies
