Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Description:
. Design and deliver management reporting focusing on operational KPIs and early warning indicators
. Build data sourcing for key data sets and develop BI reports/dashboards
. Engage with business and technology partners to document business and functional requirements
. Develop high value-added reporting and presentations for management
. Engage with stakeholders to analyze and isolate root cause of data issues and drive data cleansing efforts
. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of process design, data flows, data taxonomy, business glossary, data lineage
and related controls/ procedures
. Preparation of materials for key data governance meetings (e.g., Data Champions, Oversight Committee)
. Responsible for understanding data from the enterprise perspective and managing it in such a way that it can be
understood and leveraged across the organization
. Other responsibilities may involve reference data and master data management governance processes
Responsibilities:
1) Adhering to and complying with the applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.)
2) Adhering to Bank policies and procedures,
3) Completing required training,
4) Identifying and reporting suspicious activity to the AML Officer, and
5) Knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.
Description:
. Experience 7 years of financial services industry experience, preferably in deposit services
. Proficient processing complex business concepts, researching data issues and managing through remediation
. Experience with (or exposure to) account opening processes, KYC and operational controls
. Skilled analyzing data and complex data relationships
. Experience with BI reporting, including data visualization tools
. Proficient SQL skills
. Analytical skills to collect and profile data and compute key metrics (e.g., KPIs, KRIs)
. Process design experience with process optimization mindset
. Broad exposure to data governance/ data management concepts and technologies
. Extensive experience presenting content to various audiences including senior management
. Consulting background or experience in consultative role working closely with business stakeholders
. Excellent presentation and documentation skills
. Requires proficiency with varied computer and network operating systems
. Experience with data management technologies and tools (e.g.,MDM, ETL, Collibra) (desired)
