We are looking for a Workday Financials Consultant to implement Workday Financials. Professional experience implementing Workday Financials utilizing the Workday Launch approach is required. You will join an existing team of Workday consultants to implement Workday Financials and provide on-going integration support between several Workday modules. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an international Workday implementation.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

•           Professional experience in Workday Financials is required

•           Prior experience utilizing Workday Launch is required

•           Priority will be given to candidates with prior work experience in a Workday-ecosystem as a certified Workday professional, but it is NOT required.

•           Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

Job Description

HCL is seeking a  workday Human Capital Management Technical Lead at Arlington, VA

The HCM (Human Capital Management) Technical Lead will be the technical leader for the implementation and ongoing support of the Workday HCM platform. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•           Chief Solution Architect for the Workday platform; provide technical leadership and vision

•           Collaboration with and oversight of implementation partner s technical team

•           Consultation with business and technical teams on integration design and maintenance; collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other area architects and technical leads on design decisions

•           Oversight of and input into data conversion activities

 

Work Experience and Qualifications

•           BA/BS degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering or related technical discipline).

•           5+ years of Workday experience including integrations, custom reporting, security management, tenant management

•           7 - 10 years of Software Development experience

•           Experience implementing, enhancing and supporting the various Workday HCM modules

•           Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad)

•           In-depth understanding of security models and approaches to implementing security architecture within Workday

•           Workday certifications a plus

•           Technical Architecture experience
