Title: SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Solutions Architect Consultant
Location: REMOTE – 25% Travel required

Position:
We are seeking to fill a position for a long term contract, SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Solutions Architect professional for its Pacific Southwest practice.
The ideal individual will play a key role in our Identity & Access Governance (IAG) practice and will serve strategic customers with complex identity and access needs. The successful candidate will have an advanced skill set and experience gained from industry experience in successful architecting, designing and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions and will enjoy driving driving strategic solutions for our Fortune-1000 clientele as part of a high caliber and professional team.
Job Duties:
This individual will:
Be a part of a national Identity and Access Management consulting practice team focused on Fortune 1000 clients
Deliver security consulting services including client interaction, development of deliverables, and leading teams
Support business and technology strategy and planning by leveraging knowledge in both technical and business areas
At least 2 years of solution design and implementation experience with IdentityIQ modules (Compliance Manager, Life Cycle Manager and Provisioning Engine).
Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML, SOAP, JSON, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
Installation, integration and deployment of the SailPoint IIQ product in client environments
Communicating to clients aspects of SailPoint IIQ at appropriate functional and technical level for the client audience
Demonstrated ability to gather IAG solution requirements and develop analysis and design documentation
Installation and configuration of SailPoint IIQ solutions as part of implementation projects as well as pre-sales capability demonstrations
Working with clients to support user acceptance testing, debugging and migration to production environment
Managing project scope, schedule, status and documentation.
Developing and delivering SailPoint IIQ technical training designed to enable/educate client IT resources.
This position requires travel to customer sites for technical implementation, delivery of large scale heterogeneous Identity and Access Management Systems, and for supporting sales of solutions.
Travel will be approximately 25-50%
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
5+ years of experience working as either a Solution Architect or Sr. Consultant role.
Architect level enterprise Identity Management and Access Governance experience with emphasis on Role Management (role engineering, role life cycle management).
Available to travel 2 - 5 days/week.
Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects to both Management and Technical audiences.
Proven experience delivering SailPoint projects through the entire project lifecycle, from requirements through release to end users.
Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML, SOAP, JSON, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
Design and implementation experience with SailPoint IIQ, including integration with Directories (LDAP, AD), Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) and enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft).
Experience with design and implementation of identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell) a plus.
Experience with design and implementation of access governance platforms (SailPoint, Aveksa or Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA) a plus.
Ability to develop client relationships.
Excellent business, analytical, problem solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrated ability to successfully execute requirements based on a SOW and project plans.
B.A./B.S. in CS/CIS/MIS or related field of study or Big 4 consulting experience.
Big 4 experience in Senior Consultant or Manager role is a plus.
CISA/CISSP certifications are highly desirable.
