Sr Java with KDB+ Experience
Location : New York NYC and Toronto Canada
Long Term Contract
Must Have
- Min. 5 yrs Java knowledge – mid-level experience
- Solid core programming exp. / object design patterns / multithreading.
- Strong Experience in troubleshooting production issues and dealing directly with customers.
- GUI experience is required. At least 3+ years building GUIs on any platform.
- Experience with Windows and Linux env and moderate or better shell scripting skills.
- /C#/Windows/Linux_
- Some use of common open source toCols such as Confluence/GitHub/Jenkins/Maven/Eclipse.
- Good to Have
- KDB experience – a lot of development/support is using KDB.
- C# experience very desirable since one of the main apps is in C# WinForms.
- Experience in Capital Markets, especially Front Office app. development.
