Job Title: NC FAST P4 Java Developer
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 6+ Months
- NC FAST seeks a contract Java Developer to assist with the development and implementation of NC FAST Projects.
- This resource will have delivery responsibilities as part of NC FAST to work closely with senior technical consultants on case management system design and development.
- Duties include assisting with design requirements development, code development, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, functional design and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST.
- Responsibilities also include reporting status to the project manager and adhering to DHHS policies and procedures.

| Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues | Required | 7 |
| Experience in translating and communicating technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. | Required | 7 |
| Experience with creating and writing technical documens using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. | Required | 7 |
| Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting an sense of urgency; independently identify options. | Required | 7 |
| Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. | Required | 7 |
| Experience using JavaScript. | Required | 7 |
| Technical knowledge in the following areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2EE, J2SE, XML, and XSL. | Required | 7 |
| Technical knowledge of Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets and Web Services Standards (SOAP and WSDL). | Required | 7 |
| Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools. | Required | 7 |
| Experience with JavaScript and IBM Websphere. |
