Role: HL7 Business Architect
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
 
Job Description:
 
·         10 to 15 years of Industry experience.
·         Deep knowledge in Healthcare domain and Interoperability FHIR.
·         Subject Master Expertise for payer organization.
·         Industry certifications in the below is preferred:
·         Healthcare Management
·         Experience in business architecture, business analysis, system analysis and data analysis and implementation of Interoperability solutions
·         Expertise in product development and implantation using FHIR server and  data mapping
·         Deep knowledge as a subject matter expert on CMS/ONC mandated Patient access API and Provider & Pharmacy directory APIs
·         Understanding about how the new FHIR standard will play a critical role at Payer’s end and patient health information
·         At least 3 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of SOA/EAI technologies and API management, HL7 and FHIR – FHIR is a MUST.
·         Expertise in the HL7 FHIR messaging protocol specifically the current R4 release version
·         Knowledge in web service processing.
·         Strong Knowledge Authentication and Authorization, HIPPA security guidelines specifically as to how they pertain to FHIR Client and Server implementations.
·         Experience of database access protocols and working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures)
·         Should be open to work from any  Location of USA
