Forklift is a custom Java Object Relational Mapping (ORM)  abstraction layer, based on Hibernate, developed that includes custom logging, monitoring, connection pooling, caching and messaging. Forklift requires extension to support Cloud Spanner as a backing database store and Cloud Pub/Sub for change data capture (CDC).

o Cloud Pub/Sub Support in Java Library
