SKILLS GRC (Governance Regulatory Compliance) 

Requirements Management

5 - 8+ BA will develop requirements however the PM should have an understanding of the process.

Provides expert consultation and guidance to help the BA deal with complex problems.

5 - 8+ QA, SIT, UAT, Performance Testing / Test Automation

Analyzes trends to proactively prevent problems.

 

Business Intelligence

5 - 8+ Monitors program health continuously and engages management as required if project health changes

 

Project/Program Management

5 - 8+ Advanced knowledge and experience in project and program management, including managing large-scale projects or programs of significant complexity and high value ($1MM-$10MM) with low to moderate risk and low value ($250K-$1MM) with high risk.

 

Project/Program Management

5 - 8+ Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Clarity, MS Project, SharePoint repositories, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) if applicable).

Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies, relationship management and consulting skills, solid presentation, written and verbal communication skills

 

 

Project Communications Management

5 - 8+ Reports administrative, financial metrics, and project status reports back to Business Sponsors and related stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability

 

Project Cost Management

Manages project or program budget up to value of the approved funding

5 - 8+ Works in close partnership with Finance and key stakeholders for monthly reporting requirements (i.e. Finance, compliance, Status, Issues Management).

 

Project Resource Management

5 - 8+ Possesses change management skills, including identifying people, processes, and technology implications to various end users / stakeholders and designing the change and implementation plan.
