Role : ALIP Developer
Location: Des Moines, IA
Experience Level Required : 8+ years 
Mandatory Required Skills : ALIP. OPAS
JD :   
Having good project knowledge including various upstream and downstream applications. 
Software's and Tool’s used: Jenkins, ServiceNow, Jira, Bit bucket, Confluence, ETL Tool. 
Strong knowledge of ALIP and OPAS  
Understanding Annuity process  
Coordinating the work of other business system analysts as needed 
Provide support on weekends to answer any queries (need basis) 
Reporting and Documentation (custom reports) 
Must-Have : 
. Strong Knowledge of ALIP & ALIP Data structure   
Good understanding and experience in SQL 
Good understanding of XML, XPATH basics 
Good understanding of Business configuration and product configuration. 
Good Knowledge of Annuity Products  
Experience in Python would be an added advantage 
OPAS Knowledge would be an added advantage 
Elicits, analyzes, and documents business and technical needs of Conversion  
Good-to-Have : 
Understanding of OPAS 
Good to have knowledge in Python 
Good understanding of ITIL processes. 
Ability to work with team at Onshore and Offshore 
Communication skills
