Title: IAM Architect
Location - Currently remote later Austin. TX
Duration: Long term contract
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Develop an Identity and Access Management (IAM) roadmap for the agency. Participate in IAM enterprise governance processes and drive IAM standards adoption. Develop and manage a consistent, universal strategy for integrating an IAM security solution into all DFPS applications and systems.
Create a single overall security (including Authentication and Authorization) solution for DFPS applications that easily adapts with the business growth and change; thus, aligning to the agency strategic vision.
· Experience with integrating SalesForce, MuleSoft, Java or .Net custom applications with an enterprise IAM platform.
· Experience implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (e.g. Saviynt, Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, Beyond Trust, CyberArk, etc.) in client environments
· Experience developing technical strategies, architectures, and roadmaps
· Good knowledge of software development principles and design patterns
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Able to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences
· Experience directory services (Azure Active Directory, Okta Universal Directory or equivalent experience)
· Experience with IAM system architecture, including Role-based access control and Single Sign-On Federation using SAML/OAuth 2.0 standards.
· Experience with IDaaS providers such as Azure AD, Ping Identity, Okta, Google Cloud Identity, AWS Cognito, ForgeRock Identity Cloud
· Experience with cloud architectures particularly Azure, AWS, and GCP native IAM controls
· Experience with Identity Governance processes and solutions such as Azure Active Directory Identity Governance or Sailpoint
· Experience with User Behavior Analytics
· Experience with API Gateway and microservices architectures
· Knowledge of Applied Cryptography and PKI
· Experience with Python, PowerShell, Java, Java Script, JSON, REST
· Experience with REST API test tools such as Curl, Postman or SoapUI.
· Understanding of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance with all regulations and frameworks (NIST, HIPPA-HITECH, HITRUST, PCI, GDPR)
· Azure Security Engineer Associate or other Azure certification a plus
· CISSP or SANS GIAC a plus
· OKTA – Professional or Consultant a plus
