Responsibilities:Co-Design, develop, test, tune and implement n-tiered Cloud-hosted Bot-Apps & UI-appsCollaborate with Business Product Team, other Agile/Development teams, Enterprise Architecture and with various customer Operations Business Units to design, develop, test, and maintain the various Bot-Apps, UI-Apps & Automation platforms and their integration with other systemsAssess opportunities for application and process improvements and prepare documentation outlining platform road mapMaintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systemsWork collaboratively with QA, DevOps, Release Management teams to adopt CI/CD toolchain and develop automationCommunicate with technical and non-technical groups regularly as part of product/project supportDesign and develop core services and components with expertise in service-oriented architectureProviding Support for fixing existing business process in productionPerform bug fixes/enhancements for the existing business processProvide support for QA acceptance testing and fix defects Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, or related field requiredPrevious experience outside of the classroom such as an internship, hackathon, research project, or related experience preferredClassroom experience directly related to this opportunityStrong organizational and communication skills, both oral and writtenAround 7  years of hands on experience as a Senior Java Developer in agile environment at a complex enterprise scale.Financial Industry knowledge and experience is required,He or she must-have IT experience and track record of applying innovative techniques to solve business problems.Excellent oral and written communication skillsBachelor's Degree from an accredited university.Ability to work with various teams to resolve issues in timely mannerStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to assess and solve problemsSolid understanding of the development (SDLC) and/or project life cycle, which includes all phases from discovery and analysis through implementation.
