Troubleshooting skills on Linux/AIX Servers where IBM Sterling B2B Integrator app is installed
Good Linux/Unix skills with knowledge of shell scripting or scripting in general
Knowledge of maintenance activities required to monitor/manage IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
Skills to perform Shut Down/Restart application  how to patch  install  upgrade the application & support related activities
Skills to handle production support issues for this application & making sure the application is always up/running 24x7
Provide 24x7 production support activities to manage/handle any issues related to IBM Sterling B2B Integration
