Title: Network Access Control
REMOTE: 70% of work can be performed remotely (work from home). 30% will require to be performed in-office at Cleveland PGR buildings.
Duration: 12 months
Network Access Control
• NAC / 802.1x deployment and support
• Cisco DNA-Center (Python skills are acceptable if you have not used DNA-Center previously). Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Resource will be part of the security and infrastructure team and will assist with deployment support 2. Wired NAC 802.1x: we are deploying NAC to an enterprise-wide wired network.
• Cisco 9k switch hardware refresh: we are refreshing hardware in our Campus and Contact Center buildings with the Cisco 9k line. Leveraging Cisco DNA-Center to automate deployment configuration is key to our successful deployment plan. 2. Wired NAC 802.1x Deployment
• Run and monitor scripts to push NAC to an enterprise-wide wired network. We are a Cisco shop.
• Day 0 warranty to resolve any issues. This requires prior experience implementing and troubleshooting wired NAC 802.1x.
• Required: working some late evenings during the weekdays.
• Cisco 9k switch hardware refresh
• Hardware staging and installation.
• Use Cisco DNA-Center to create templates and apply switch configurations.
• Requires to be located in Cleveland, OH.
• Problem investigations - run/analyze packet captures, Cisco device logs, incident records to isolate root cause of outages.
• Operational support: provide escalation support to our Operations department as needed for incidents involving Cisco wired network products
• Collaborate with peer PGR engineers and vendors to resolve any issues.
• Participate in project status meetings to provide updates on assignments.
MUST HAVE: (2 yr)
Network Admission Control (NAC), Network Security Implementation, Python, Network Infrastructure, Application Remediation, Engineering Technical Support, Technology Troubleshooting.
