Role: Data Warehouse Analyst

Locations: Tallahassee, FL (Need Local)

Duration: 6 + Months.

 

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if

the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same

individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements:

• Availability to work 3 days per week at the Client's site in

Tallahassee, FL (required);

• IT experience utilizing data management, business intelligence

tools, and strong foundation-building data warehousing solutions (7+

years);

• Experience designing data models for Business Intelligence tools

like Power BI and Tableau.

 

• Experience with Informatica on-premises products like PowerCenter

and Data Quality;

• Experience with ELT with Change Data Capture solutions like

PowerExchange;

• Experience with IBM Mainframes COBOL, JCL, and DB2 analysis;

• Experience with Data Governance products, like EDC, Axon, and

CDGC

Preferred:

• Experience with IICS Cloud Administration and Snowflake Data

Cloud Administration;

• Experience with Informatica IICS Cloud Performance  and

Snowflake Data Cloud Performance Tuning;

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for gathering and assessing business information

needs and preparing system requirements;

• Use data mining and data analysis tools including Power BI and

Tableau;

• Provide technical consulting to users of the various data stores and

advises users on conflicts and inappropriate data usage;

• Participate in strategic planning for the Snowflake enterprise data

warehouse;

• Prototype, build, and test extraction, transformation, and load (ETL

or ELT) jobs, data quality processes and related jobs, Power BI

reports and dashboards, Tableau reports and dashboards;

• Coach and mentor peers in data warehousing concepts and the use

of the tools utilized to analyze data, design the warehouse models,

and populate the warehouse

• Assist with the development and maintenance of methods and

practices documentation

 

Must-have skills: 7+ y of IT exp data warehousing; ETL or PowerCenter;

Big Data; Informatica IICS Cloud Data Integration tools; Power BI and

Tableau; PowerQuality; IBM Mainframes COBOL, JCL, and DB2 analysis;

Snowflake; Data Governance products, like EDC, Axon, and CDGC
