Role: Senior Azure SRE with Windows

Location: Chicago, IL (On-Site)

 

Job Description:

 

· Hands on experience to create CI/CD pipelines and configure repos in Azure DevOps.

 

· Experience in Azure and cloud ( IAAS, PAAS,SAAS)

 

· Experience to building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

 

· Experience in any version control system/Source code management tools- Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure Repos.

 

· Containerize applications using Docker and deploy to Kubernetes/AKS environment.

 

· Experience in Branching strategies, release definitions and controls in different stages(Dev, SIT, UAT, PROD)

 

· Good experience on Windows background PowerShell scripts and ARM templates to automate the provisioning and deployment process.

 

· Experience to write IAC code using Terraform/ ARM templates.

 

· Should possess strong communication skills and will need to communicate directly with customers and end users hence availability overlapping India and US time zone is required

 

· Need to handle the team and be able to communicate reporting status with all stakeholders both in Hexaware and client side

Skill: Kubernetes expertise

 

Responsibilities:

· Knowledge in Azure and cloud ( IAAS, PAAS,SAAS)

 

· Experience to building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

 

· Experience in any version control system/Source code management tools- Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure Repos.

 

· Containerize applications using Docker and deploy to Kubernetes environment.

 

· Experience in Branching strategies, release definitions and controls in different stages(Dev, SIT, UAT, PROD)

 

· Experience in Windows administration and PowerShell scripts to automate deployment process.

 

· Experience in SQL support – Handling queries and basic understanding on SQL.(MYSQL /Oracle)

 

· Should possess strong communication skills and will need to communicate directly with customers and end users hence availability overlapping India and US time zone is required.
