Job Description –

As a Salesforce Developer at Client, you'll work with our internal Salesforce team to enhance and streamline our Salesforce system. You will help build customized solutions in Salesforce, enabling efficiency and growth for our operational teams. We'll look to you to execute on technical requirements both within Salesforce and integrating with our other applications, as well as collaborate on general system improvements.

 

Essential Job Functions for the Sr. Salesforce Developer will include:

Create Visualforce pages and custom controllers using Apex Use Lightning Components to create applications for desktop and mobile technologies Develop multiple integrations across the Salesforce platform Develop custom objects, code, and test methods in the project development process Create processes and practices around multiple technology deployments implementing Salesforce Coordinating with business planners to translate business questions into verifiable hypotheses and technical requirements Partner closely with business and technical teams to understand their project objectives and provide data-driven solutions and recommendations Meeting deadlines and ensuring the proper delivery of all assigned tasks Effectively communicating on project updates Providing quality deliverables Other duties requested and assigned by Supervisor

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

High School diploma is required

10 years in Salesforce software development is required

10 years in technical design skills is required Current Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC, Agile, SCRUM) is required Working knowledge of Lightning components is required Administration experience working with Users, Roles, Profiles, Workflows, Page Layouts, Validation rules, Field Sharing, and Security; configuration is required Proficiency with Sandbox administration and deployment management is preferred Knowledge of the financial service industry is preferred Knowledge in Financial Cloud is preferred.
