Job Description:

This resource will analyze and troubleshoot information systems. Furthermore, he/she will modify code and/or administrative procedures for Business Objects user access and application programs. Required skill sets are denoted in the skills section. 

• Broad experience with Business Objects 6.x, specifically 6.1b and 6.5, 
  Configuration and maintenance of BO 6.x server-side components under Windows 2000/2003,
• Experience with BO Web Intelligence and Full Client reporting tools,  
  Success in use and debugging of 6.x administration tools,
• Understanding of the BO repository, and the scan-and-repair functionality within the application,
• Deep knowledge of database middleware used to connect to a variety of DBMSs,
• Knowledge of causes and remedies of connectivity problems using both native clients and ODBC, and
• A breadth of DBMS knowledge, including Oracle, Sybase, DB2, and SQL Server.
