Job Description:
Rels is developing a new solution based on workflow and rules-based technologies. We are looking for a senior developer to assist with this implementation. Sr. Developer is responsible for the completion of tasks with superior quality and fidelity with agreed designs as provided by the Architect/PM.  Communication of status and issues encountered in developing solution as agreed is required.  

 

The ideal candidate will have extensive programming background with Object Oriented Programming, SDLC, general workflow technologies (Windows Workflow, Skelta) and Rules Engine (InRule.NET). The candidate should be well versed with Software Development Practices, Application Testing Approach, various design patterns.

 

Strong skills desired in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Skelta.NET and InRule. Database skills and good knowledge of SQL is also important. Good experience with XML, XML Schema, XSLT. Good background in multi tiered application development with Microsoft technologies focus. Good business sense to understand how the technology will support the business vision.

 

The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, excellent problem solving skills, strong and motivated team player. Candidate must be a team player--will be working with the team for brainstorming, designing, coding, and testing through deployment.

 

Primary Responsibilities:
Participate in all aspects of SDLC
Review and analyze customers requirements to determine right technical design, technical architecture and technical solution
Develop new modules including web sites and applications
Develop code and unit test to integrate with existing applications and 3rd party applications
Analyze, define and document requirements for data flow, processes and environment
Document and design all aspects of application and web sites
Test and debug applications, web sites, config files and XML
Develop simple and complex SQL algorithms for business rules
Understand source control system and store all application source code within source-control system.

 

Qualification & Skills:
5-7 years of development experience in Microsoft Technologies
Specific 2-4 years of experience in following technology is required:
MUST have Windows Workflow Foundation Experience
Workflow and rules-engine based experience
InRule Experience
C#, VB.NET, VB Script and Java Script
ASP.NET, ADO.NET, IIS, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, AJAX, DOJO, XML and XSLT
Web Service, WSE 3.0 and Windows Communication Framework
SQL Server 2005
TSQL, Stored Procedure, Trigger, View, Table and Database Design
.NET Framework 2.0,3.5
Enterprise Library 4.1
TFS and Source Safe
Visual Studio 2003, 2005, 2008
Experience in Object Oriented Design and data analysis using Enterprise Architect
Team Player, Motivated, Excellent Verbal and Written communication
Excellent Problem Solving skills
