Required Skills

Capable to manage and communicate at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, and turn plan into action plans and milestone.
Must be highly motivated and a self starter.
Must have strong process design skills and attention to detail.
Strong command of Microsoft Access development.
