Job Title   : QA Tester with datawarehouse or ETL
Location  :  Wilmington, DE
Duration :   6-12 months Contract
Rate         : Open

Senior Quality Analyst
Job Qualifications: Indicate the minimum knowledge and experience required for the position, including:
Technical/business knowledge, experience, and skills (certifications, programming languages, etc.): 5+ years in a Senior Quality Analyst role with experience in authoring and executing test plans for major projects / initaitves.
* Financial Services experience is desired.
* Strong Oracle SQL skills required
* Basic UNIX experience is required.
* Experience of analyzing reports & defect tracking tools is required.
* Knowledge of automated testing tools is required.
* Experience in a data processing / ETL architecture is desired.
* Experience in Microstrategy Analytics front-end application is desired.
* Experience in different types of testing is required - e.g. functional, negative, integration, performance, regression, etc.

Non-technical knowledge, experience, and skills (leadership, management, oral and/or written communication, etc.):
* Able to clarify problems to others
* Able to work both alone and as part of a team
* Strong oral/written communication skills
* Quick learner & self-driven
* Strong commitment to excellence
* Detail oriented
* The candidate should also be experienced with multi-tasking, balancing tasks with priorities accordingly. Experience working on several projects at the same time is required.
* Result-oriented, willing and able to take ownership of the test results.

Educational requirements: BA/BS
