Rate : $40.00 hr. C2C for Senior - $50.00 hr. C2C for Expert
Sr. Level
Has specific Chemical Industry experience.
Has SAP knowledge and has been working with ABAP/SAP and has a strong understanding of at least one functional area.
Testing
10 years overall
7 years in selected skill
Documentation is a requirement.
Proven ability to understand how to troubleshoot with a cross platform (SAP/MS) team to resolve cross platform issues
Must be able to understand and communicate the business problem that the IT solution is solving
Bias towards standardization, reusability, and maximizing technology capabilities
Minimize customization
Solutions built with Operational support objective (Reliable / Scalable / Sustainable Solutions)
Must be able to work with cross platform technologies for integrated solution
Develop solutions based existing standards and guidelines
Expert Level

- Provide consulting by developing technical solutions to solve complex business problems through business process improvement
- Drive a structured approach to collect, assess, analyze and model business processes to deliver solution alternatives
- Align solutions to comply with business and technology strategies/objectives
- Impact and influence the delivery of technology strategies, best practices, standards, and principles
- Lead and develop architecture/platform guidelines and principles e.g. SOA and reusability of software components
- Coordinate with global functional and technical teams to establish Implementation plan for timely and quality solution delivery.
- Facilitate resource planning to ensure projects and operational support requirements are met
- Supports and/or leads multiple programs and projects across a global matrix organization
- Must able to convey architecture concepts as part of an oral presentation to the leadership team
