Title: LINUX TECHNICAL LEAD
Location: Seattle,WA

-Job scheduling (SGE/LFS), OS, and virtualized systems management for
CTC, RY, WP and WS high-performance Linux compute clusters, including
head nodes (physical & virtualized) & compute blades
- Integration of key scientific workflows/pipelines with HPC resources
(ex. Illumina sequencing instruments)
- Support for Linux-based lab instruments (GE MRI, volumetric CT,
Illumina sequencing, Varian NMR)
- Storage management for non-CTC clusters & scientific computing
resources (BlueArc, NetApp)
- Tivoli backup management for non-CTC clusters & scientific computing
resources Hardware systems, network, capacity & performance
monitoring, alerting & emergency response.
