The Job Description is as follows:
Consultants with 4-6 years extensive experience in IT and 4+ years as
a PeopleSoft HRMS functional consultant with 1 year in ELM.
• Experience in min 2 end-to-end PeopleSoft
Implementations / support consisting of ELM module.
• Should have good functional knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.0 on
ELM module and Core HR.
• Experience primarily in the areas of
o Course Catalog Management
o Training Delivery & Session Management
o Learning Plans & History
o ESS/MSS
o Course Management
• Interpret business requirements and develop and document
functional specifications
• Maintain data tables in the PeopleSoft HCM v9.0 system.
• Maintain data workflow in the PeopleSoft HCM v9.0 system.
• Work with Data Management Services Lead to develop system
testing plans.
• Execute and analyze system integration and user acceptance
testing tasks as necessary.
• Research and execute production support tasks as
necessary.
• Prior experience in a Production Support role, designing
functional specifications, gathering and analyzing business
requirements, SIT, UAT, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple complex requests within tight
time lines.
• Full understanding of project life cycle and development
methodologies
• Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at
all levels
• Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-
paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger
patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation
techniques.
