Project description: Build a metrics automation platform for Operations within ICG Nature of work: Development / Maintenance

Roles & brief job descriptions: Sr. Developer role; person with 6+ years of experience in Abinitio knowing SQL. No particular domain and he will be working as a sr. developer resource.
• Good customer Interaction Skills
• Extensive hands-on experience and and good knowledge of EME.
• Knowledge of modeling and performance tuning and prior experience in Design, Development & Support of Abinitio projects
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Full Development Project life-cycle experience
• Work with other technology teams to understand environment limitations and establish process to ensure proper testing
• Establish UAT script and oversee UAT before releasing reports into production. Test and supply with the Test Cases/Results.
• Participate in Production Checkouts during maintenance activities
• Good background working with quantitative data

Mandatory:
• 6+ years of DWN and ETL technology experience, specifically using Abinitio tool and Abinitio multi-file system with atleast 24 months experience in Abinitio.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle 9i and/or 10g, Oracle Stored Procedures, PL/SQL and functions.
• Strong SQL Background
• Strong UNIX, Perl and Shell scripting
• Strong Database fundamentals and data modeling knowledge
• Experience using Erwin or ER Studio data modeling tools

Pluses:
• Some exposure to Business Objects
• Some exposure to Dimensional modeling

Certifications: None
Key skills required: Abinitio, PL/ SQL, UNIX scripting
