Very Urgent Need of a Configuration Management Analyst @ OH.
 
Role/Title        : Configuration Management Analyst
Location         : Dublin, Ohio
Duration         : 9+ Months C-T-H

Rate                : $40/hr maxxx

Skills:
Strong CM knowledge, able to demonstrate CM practical experience
Strong knowledge in WebSphere environment - Preferred past development experience
Strong scripting experience: ANT, Perle, Python, etc
Strong experience with Rational tools: ClearCase, ClearQuest integration
Strong Analytical skill set - able to work independently

Position Requirements:
BS in Computer Science, Business or related job experience.
5+ years experience in Application Development using a formal methodology process. Requires the ability to develop and manage implementation-planning

schedules. Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate project schedules. Innovative and strategic thinking is required, as well as a track

record of success implementing solutions that result in measurable business benefits.
3+ years experience in Configuration Management disciplines.
3+ years experience working in Open-systems environments with the following areas:
Java and J2EE related technologies
Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio - VB, Visual C++, etc.)
HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, SQL, Perl, WISE, and ANT (considered a plus)
Batch files or scripts (MS Batch files or UNIX shell scripts) to increase automation and consistency
Experience with source control systems, including Rational Clear Case (major plus), Microsoft Visual SourceSafe, or CVS
Experience with a software configuration management tool and performed administrative activities associated with that tool
Understand configuration management terms (e.g. revision, baseline, release)
Understand the concepts of labeling, branching, and promotion models with respect to the capabilities (or limitations) of a configuration management tool
2+ years experience on one of the following: WebSphere Required.

Strong Rational tool (ReqPro, ClearCase, ClearQuest) experience
Project Management Skills
Process Improvement
Influencing Skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Ability to describe complex process activities.
