Job Title : Technical PeopleSoft Consultant with EPM and ABC
Location: Arkansas
Duration: 6+ Months
Technical Oracle/PeopleSoft ver 9.x
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)/Activity Based Costing (ABC) technical consultant to work on a team deploying PeopleSoft Globally.
Needs recent ABC experience.
Client seeks to develop at a high level:
A cost and performance management discipline to measure and manage business operations and performance.
Techniques deployed will include activity-based costing to improve strategic and operational decisions in an organization.
The focus will initially be on strategic ABM, using Activity Based Costing (ABC) information to determine which products and customers are profitable.
The information will also provide insight into changes that can enhance profitability and the relationship between business outputs and cost.
Use ABC information to improve efficiency.
Implement driver-based forecasting.
Set up a forecast process that can serve as an early warning of potential risks and opportunities instead of just reporting against budgeted performance targets. The plan is to integrate the forecasting system with budgeted and actual results.
Also seeks to create an integrated performance measurement reporting system constructed around a business strategy focused on measuring the critical aspects of the business.
