We Have a Urgent Requirement for "Oracle HRMS OTL Developer" at Hopewell, NJ
Position : Oracle HRMS OTL Developer - 15834
Skills Required : Oracle OTL
Work Location : Hopewell-NJ-US
Duration : 6 To 12 Months
Job Duties
• Utilize the Oracle HRMS to develop and support technology solutions for Staffing including People Management, Time and Labor and Payroll.
• Work with management, business clients, and other technology teams to ensure that technology solutions support the business strategies and the vision.
• Maintain and support Oracle HRMS configurations to the various java technology pages, the database packages and procedures, customizable columns
and flexible formulas.
• Understand the business requirements and deliver architecture documents.
• Deliver the new features within the existing framework and seamlessly integrate it with the production application.
• Support the applications for a global firm with a head count of approximately 100,000 employees and consultants.
• Maintain and support secured data feeds for application integration with the other systems.
• Participant in data conversion processes with ongoing mergers and acquisitions.
• Coordinate production deployment and of the new releases of the application.
• Highly motivated, self-starter as well as a team player.
Skills and Other Requirements for the Job
• Degree educated engineer with 5+ years of work experience in the Oracle HRMS Applications.
• At least one full global implementation of Oracle HRMS.
• Good knowledge on Core HR, Self-service, OTL and Payroll
• Experience with Discoverer reports
• In depth understanding of Oracle HRMS tables, packages and procedures, forms, reports, work-flow, web based technologies such as HTML, Java
Scripts and Oracle proprietary Java technology known as Oracle Applications Framework (OAF).
• Thorough understating of Oracle Applications personalization and configurations.
• Hands on experience with JDeveloper 9i and JDeveloper 10g.
• Experience with Unix/AIX/Solaris OS and sound knowledge of Shell scripting
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
