A hardcore Recruiter needed Urgently for our India Office based out in Hyderabad.
We AR Systems "Simply Strategic" a NJ based Staff Augmentation firm looking for a hardcore IT Recruiter who should also be a strategist to join in Our team, should be aggressive, enthusiast, Dedicated and Honest ability to handle client recruitments and also handling the client accounts when needed.
Responsibilities include but not limited to.
Analyzing the client recruitments.
Understanding what the client is looking for.
Sourcing the best talent matched profiles.
Screening of the consultants.
Judging their capabilities with the clients job specifications.
Negotiating the rate with the Consultants and their employers to bring the maximum benefits to the organization.
Submitting the selected candidates on time to the clients.
Following up with the clients regarding the submissions.
Must be a talented Headhunter to source profiles for the toughest requirements.
