Required Skills:

Exchange 2007 expert

experience in migrating from Exchange 200x to 2007

Active Directory expertise

Scripting experience to migrate users, user ids, etc in an automated fashion

from Exchange 200x to Exchange 2007

 

A plus on the experience side would be experience in:

Citrix, SolarWins, Cisco routers, VM, etc.
