Our Client is seeking a Java Development lead to take a Sr. Role on one of their development team
The major focus of this team is ECommerce Applications and web transactions as well as content delivery.
The most heavily used skill is JSF in addition to the overall J2EE suite.
This position will have a great deal of customer interface responsibility and as such will require any candidates to have very good communication.
A major function of this team is to troubleshoot or "triage" application performance and analyze possible enhancements.
This person will also interface with internal departments solve needs through custom integration. Candidates with man hour/cost estimation experience are preferred and any architect experience will be a big plus.

Experience with Subversion, Ant, Cruise Control, branching/merging/source code management/release management
