Location: Boston,MA

Duration: 6 months

Description:

Masters degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
- Adaptable highly motivated individual who can work equally well independently or in a group
- Excellent communication skills
- 8+ years working experience in the industry
- Prior experience working in the investment or financial domain. Prior experience in fixed income or trading in a buy side investment firm strongly desirable.
- Strong J2EE development experience both for web and stand alone applications.
- Strong Database development experience (Sybase and Oracle)
- Knowledge of Perl required.
- Experience in enterprise job scheduling software (we use Autosys)
- VB and C++ skills a strong plus.
- Prior experience with Fidessa LatentZero Minerva or Sentinel are a strong plus.
- Prior experience integrating vended systems to other systems is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Clear Case, Clear Quest, Eclipse a plus.
- Prior experience in business/technical analysis.
