For the most part, the candidate would be involved in close-out activities for an existing project, including:
1) Creation of documents needed for sustainment and support of the project that didn't get created previously due to time constraints. For example, documentation of which test environments synch up with which, etc.
2) Organization of existing documents for transition to support/sustainment teams
3) Depending on timing, some testing activities
4) Some active support of the project
