Title: Sr. QA Tester
Location: Smithfield, RI
Duration: 6 months
Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:
The senior test lead will provide leadership towards the testing effort for a large banking risk management reporting and analytics initiative. Must be able to define and document high level test strategy as well as write detailed test cases from both a business and technical perspective. During the testing cycles, the test lead will execute test cases, coordinate bug discovery and fix verification, provide testing status at project status meetings and provide leadership to the test team. The test lead will also plan and drive UAT workshops.
Required Experience:
HP Quality Center expertise
5+ experience in software testing
Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence concepts
Ability to understand both dimension and relational data models
Ability to write SQL queries
Exposure to ETL tools, enterprise data models and working with entity relationship diagrams
Strong leadership and communication skills.
