o     MS Visual C++/Visual Studio 2005

o     Windows Desktop Application development experience using Win32 API, STL, or ATL

o     Experience with data stream processing applications

o     Experience with backup software packages, NetBackup, BackupExec, ArcServe, or Networker, as used with MS Exchange

o     Experience with Tape formats
