Client is looking for Automated Testing Engineer - Boston, MA. This is a 6 months Contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE.
Description:
Current experience of at least 3 years using IBM Rational Functional Tester
Experience with the tool does not mean record and playback. The test scripts we are executing are written in JAVA and the successful candidate MUST have solid experience coding these types of scripts from scratch (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT).
Must be a mentor to another team member who is newer to the tool but who is an expert in automation
Communication skills, both verbal and written, must be top notch
Must work well within a small team of equals and always be on the lookout for efficiencies
