At least 10+ years of  real experience. Should be hands on developer with good communication skills etc. Must have done a good number of real world implementations.

Number of positions: 3

2) Sr. Software Engineer

At least 7+ years of real experience. Consistent growth and solid fundamentals. ASP.NET, C#, WPF, WCF, Web Services, XML, AJAX etc

Number of positions: 5

3) Mid-level Software Engineers

At least 4+ years of real experience. Consistent growth and solid fundamentals. ASP.NET, C#, WPF, WCF, Web Services, XML, AJAX etc

Number of positions: 7

Pay is commensurate with their experience. For the top positions we are open ended...
