Mid-level Java Developer

6 month duration

Rate: $45 MAX (I know this is low but this is only a mid-level position and we have very little competition to fill this req.)

 

LOCAL CANDIDATES STRONGLY PREFERRED

IN PERSON INTERVIEWS WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER PHONE INTERVIEW

 

Required:

 

Ability to interview in person after phone interview

Ability to interview and start on short notice

3 years of Enterprise Java/J2EE

Websphere

WSAD/Eclipse

Struts

 

 

Desired:

 

Insurance experience

AS/400 or iSeries

DB2

 Client is a mid-size Insurance company that has legacy RPG applications.  Now, they are developing Java/Websphere/Struts/DB2 on iSeries.  This small team has only been developing in Java for the last 3+ years and will accept solid mid-level developers.
