Job Description:
We have an urgent requirement for a EAI architect with solid experience in data mapping/interfaces, transfer protocols, security and SOA
Here's a more detailed job description, can you please let us know if you have any candidates…the EDI tool they use is Sterling EDI …its desirable to have experience in this tool but not mandatory.

1.      Solid experience/knowledge in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), understands the relationships and differences between point-to-point, hub-spoke, messaging-based-middleware, enterprise service bus and other commonly used integration architecture.

a.      would prefer minimum 5 years experience in this area using at least one EAI/SOA/ESB tool
2.      Minimum 3 years of large scale integration project experiences with data mapping, data and business rules analysis
3.      Solid knowledge and hands-on experiences in technology involved in integration
a.      XML, XSD, XSLT, XPATH, Web Services (WSDL, SOAP) basic
b.      Non XML data – such as X12, Cobol Copybook, etc
c.      Industry data standards, such as UBL, cXML, ebXML, etc
d.      Common transport protocols (HTTP, SFTP, etc)
e.      Messaging concepts and implementation (MQ, JMS, concepts of messaging model and quality of service)
f.      Security (PKI concept, standards, implementations – TLS, SSH, WS-Security, etc), PCI/PII concepts
g.      Data modeling and data manipulation
h.      Concept of canonical model
4.      Minimum 5 years of hands-on programming experiences
a.      Concepts of object-oriented designing and programming
b.      Any of modern programming language, preferably java
c.      Solid SQL experience, such as store procedure programming
5.      Solution performance designing and troubleshooting

Soft skills
1.      Leadership, willingness to take charge and ownership
2.      Mentoring junior team members
3.      Listening skill working with SME in requirement analysis
